Dublin, OH - Atlanta-based Intown Golf Club announced today that its first location in Ohio will be constructed at Bridge Park in downtown Dublin. The club provides golf enthusiasts and non-golfers alike an elevated private experience, features golf simulators and a putting green in addition to a world-class food and beverage program.
Their Dublin location will consist of 15,000 SF and be located at 6620 Mooney Street, across from SpringHill Suites by Marriott Columbus Dublin, within the newest block of mixed-use development at Bridge Park.
“The city of Columbus has a rich history in golf, dating all the way back to our hometown hero, Bobby Jones, winning the US Amateur at Scioto in 1926 through what Jack Nicklaus created with the Memorial Tournament,” said Michael Williamson, co-founder and CEO of Intown Golf Club. “We love places that have a great golf community and a strong interest in the game – and it is obvious Columbus has that in droves. Plus, it’s hard to play golf in the winter months in Ohio, and with Intown you can get a round or practice in, No Matter the Weather (™).”
Each interior detail of the Bridge Park space will be carefully selected to provide a comfortable and unique experience for members and guests. Intown Golf Club amenities include:
8 simulator bays and golf lounges, equipped with Trackman Technology
1 putting green, equipped with PuttView technology
Great room with fireplace
Secondary Specialty “Pocket” Bar
Split level layout with great room overlook
Full food & beverage program, in partnership with one of the Southeast's most innovative restaurateurs, Fred Castellucci III, President & CEO of the Castellucci Hospitality Group.
The new location will also feature a grand dining room, fireplace, custom millwork and lighting, and a mix of vintage and modern furnishings. There are various membership tiers available (including social, individual and family). Construction on Intown Golf Club will begin later this summer with a projected opening date of Spring 2024.
"Crawford Hoying could not be more excited to bring Intown Golf Club to Bridge Park,” said Matt Starr, Executive Vice President of Commercial Real Estate and Leasing at Crawford Hoying, the owner and developer of Bridge Park. “Intown Golf Club adds a unique experience for people to gather around the game they love in an upscale environment, both inside and outside.”
