Dublin, OH - Crawford Hoying is excited to announce that Cenovus Energy (Cenovus) will move its regional office to Bridge Park in 2027. Cenovus Energy is an integrated energy company with oil and natural gas production operations in Canada and the Asia Pacific region, and upgrading, refining and marketing operations in Canada and the United States.
“We’re pleased to be moving to the Bridge Park area,” said Eric Zimpfer, Senior Vice-President, U.S. Refining at Cenovus. “Bridge Park is in a vibrant area of Dublin with access to great amenities for our staff. Moving our offices is exciting for us while also creating an improved office experience for our employees.”
The new U.S. office will be located at the northwest corner of Dale Drive and Bridge Park Avenue at 4455 Bridge Park Avenue and occupy more than 50,000 square feet of Class A office space within the 100,000-square-foot mixed-use building. Through this expansion, Cenovus plans to move approximately 120 jobs to downtown Dublin. Cenovus received tax incentives from both JobsOhio and the city of Dublin for the new office space, and was represented by JLL.
“JLL is pleased to have been able to help Cenovus align its real estate strategies into a local development, Bridge Park, where there was an opportunity to create a strong partnership with a reputable developer in Central Ohio,” said Jeff Carey, Managing Director for JLL. “JLL was tasked with identifying locations around the greater Columbus area where employees would feel a sense of safety, community and lifestyle. With the amount of high-quality amenities, restaurants, hotels and activities that Bridge Park has to offer, it became the natural solution.”
Cenovus is one of the many businesses to join Bridge Park's premier office destination in the last few years. Raymond James, which opened in 2023, recently announced an increase of 4,000 additional square feet of Class A office space, making for a 50% expansion within a year of being in the Bridge Park community. Occupancy across the nearly 600,000 SF of office space throughout Bridge Park has reached 99%.
Zach Graham, Vice President of Commercial Real Estate and Leasing at Crawford Hoying, owner and developer of Bridge Park, added, “We're proud to partner with Cenovus to bring their new U.S. office to Bridge Park. Existing office occupancy at Bridge Park is high, and there is already demand for the other office spaces in the building.”
Cenovus is the latest establishment announced at Bridge Park, which is home to numerous office users, entertainment, retail, and dining destinations including VASO Rooftop Lounge, The Pearl, Cap City Fine Diner, Pins Mechanical Co., Restore, Local Cantina, Fado Pub & Kitchen, REBoL and more.
